This list contains information on finish Chemical Suppliers and Applicators that meet the requirements outlined in DX550083. MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS - SUBSTANCES OF CONCERN

Delphi Technologies Specification 10949001 - Material Reporting, Substances of Concern and Recycled Content
This specification applies to all parts and raw materials that become part of a Delphi Technologies saleable product.  This specification has been revised to harmonize with recent OEM specification changes and references the Global Automotive Declarable Substances List (GADSL). Reporting must be completed for each Delphi Technologies part number.

Prohibited Substance Approval Form for Delphi Technologies Specification 10949001
Prohibited substances not approved for use by Delphi Technologies must be eliminated from the part or material. With the submission of this form, prohibited substance deviations may be granted on a case by case basis, depending on commercial application of the product. Full material composition is to be reported to Delphi Technologies via International Material Data System (IMDS), see below section "Related Documents" for additional instructions and reporting requirements.
